      Yes, we offer the option of selecting rental insurance when placing your rental order. The cost is as low as $0.99 per day (depending on device) and covers device loss, theft or damage. Th deductible is based on phone model. View the full terms and conditions.
102. OneSim VoIP
    • What are the advantages of using OneSim VoIP?

      The main advantages are significant cost savings and the ability to call from countries where there is no roaming coverage available.
      OneSim VoiP can be used from any Android or Apple ( iOS) device to make international LD calls even when you are not traveling. OneSim VoIP does not require having OneSimCard SIM being installed in the phone. OneSim VoIP can be used with Wi-Fi or 3G/4G - no difference. You just need to have OneSimCard account with the SIM VoIP capable PEN. Calling using OneSim VoIP will cost most of the time less than any other way of calling.
      OneSim VoIP is available with the following SIM cards: Plus, Expedition (formerly Data & Roam) and Europe & More. 
103. OneSimCard General Service Questions
    • Can I install my OneSimCard eSIM more then once?

      You can re-install the eSIM on the same phone up to 10 times if required. You can't move eSIM to another phone. It can be installed only on a single phone. If you need to install eSIM on another phone, please order a new eSIM. Balance and PEN(s) from the old eSIM can be moved to a new eSIM at your request.

    • What is Universal 3-in-1 SIM size SIM card?

      Universal 3-in-1 SIM size SIM card can be adjusted to 3 different SIM sizes: Regular, Micro and Nano.  Universal SIM card fits all GSM devices that take any of those sizes. Compatible devices include all iPhones, Samsung, HTC and other phones.
105. OneSimCard General Service Questions
    • Will I get a bill for using OneSimCard service?

      No. OneSimCard service is a prepaid service. You will not be able to spend more than you put on the SIM, except when you set the automatic recharge of the SIM. There are three simple ways to add funds to the balance of the SIM: from on-line, from the mobile phone and by setting up an automatic recharge. This pertains to both - purchased SIM cards and rentals.
106. OneSimCard General Service Questions
    • When my order will be shipped?

      Sim card and phone orders placed during business hours before 3 PM Eastern Time will be shipped on the same day the order was placed. Orders placed after 3 PM will be shipped the next business day. The only exceptions are phone that are out of stock. In this case you will be notified about delayed shipping during the purchase.
      Rental Orders will be shipped in such a way so you will received it 1 day before the Rental Start date you indicated on your order. For last minute rental orders, you will have to use express delivery options.
107. OneSimCard General Service Questions
    • How can people call and text me for free using the OneSimCard Connect app?

      OneSimCard Connect is a free app for Apple iOS devices that lets people call and text your OneSimCard-enabled phone at ZERO cost to them. Please note that your OneSimCard balance will be charged to receive these calls at the standard incoming call rate for the country you are in, plus an additional 20c/min. Receiving text messages sent from the app is absolutely free.

      Example 1: you are in China where incoming calls are free and someone calls you using OneSimCard Connect. It will be free for the caller and you will be charged 20c/min

      Example 2: you are in Brazil where incoming calls are 35c/min and someone calls you using OneSimCard Connect. It will be free for the caller and you will be charged 55c/min

      PLEASE NOTE: You must enable this feature from your online account's My SIM Cards menu in order for people to be able to use the app to contact you.

108. Troubleshooting Questions
    • Can I move balances from one SIM card to another?

      We allow moving balances from one SIM card to another in the following cases:
      • Corporate Accounts - anytime.
      • Individual Accounts - only when a SIM card is lost or stolen. The remaining balance from your lost or stolen SIM card can be transferred to another SIM card on your account or you can order a new SIM card if you would like to keep your original European number from the lost SIM.

    • Is there a mobile app that will let me recharge my account and other services?

      Yes! Our myOneSim app for the iPhone devices will let you easily access many account services, such as recharging your account, checking voicemail, ordering discount voice and text plans, and much more. MyOneSim is available for download from the App store. Find more information in the Help section of your online account.

110. Ordering Questions
    • Can I pay with PayPal?

      Yes, you can pay with a verified PayPal account only. When paying with PayPal you first deposit money into your 1SIM Money Fund. Once the money is there, you can make a purchase or set automatic recharge of you SIM card(s) or Extra Number(s).
